TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr Ian & Mrs Florida Clements, Ref 24/10031/AIR, for the Information in Relation to Condition (4) for PA 22/00834/B for details of the eaves on the Southeast elevation - Orrysdale

at Orrysdale Four Roads Port St Mary Isle Of Man IM9 5LH . Any details or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This decision relates to the submitted D-01 EAVES DETAIL _ Layout submitted on the 21.03.2024.

NOTE In this instance of the submitted D-01 EAVES DETAIL _ Layout, and after consultation with a principal planning officer, who is happy with the level of detail, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for the planning condition 4 of application 22/00834/B with the understanding that the development shall be carried out as indicated on the approved drawings and retained as such thereafter.
