### The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr \& Mrs Elvin, Ref 24/10011/AIR, for the Information in relation to condition 2 for PA 23/00825/B - Details of materials, opening methods, frame and glazing bar arrangedments for windows on the Old Police Station, Port Erin. at The Old Police Station Strand Road Port Erin Isle Of Man IM9 6HB .

This decision relates to the submitted application for the discharge of condition, timberlook section details and flush sash window arrangement plan which were submitted on the 02.02.2024.

NOTE In the instance of the submitted application for the discharge of condition, timberlook section details and flush sash window arrangement and details plan, and after consultation with the case officer, who are happy with the level of detail, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for the planning condition 2 of application 23/00825/B. Alongwith the understanding that the windows are to be installed in accordance with the approved details and retained thereafter.
