TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr David Wormald, Ref 24/10014/AIR, for the Information in relation to condition 8 for PA 17/00947/B - Travel plan for residential care home, Spaldrick House, Port Erin. at Spaldrick House Bradda Road Port Erin Isle Of Man .

Any details or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This decision is in relation to the submitted application for the discharge of conditions and a 159203-001-01 Travel Plan submitted on the 12/02/2024.

NOTE In this instance of the submitted an application for the discharge of conditions and a 159203-001-01 Travel Plan and after consultation with Highways Development Control, who are happy with the level of detail, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for the planning condition 8 of application 17/00947/B with the understanding that following the occupation of the building, the approved travel plan shall be put into effect.
