TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Niche Innovation Ltd, Ref 25/10021/AIR, for the Information in relation to condition 10 of PA 16/01372/B for details regarding the soft landscaping at the former Isle of Man Bank in Onchan at Former Isle Of Man Bank 26 Main Road Onchan Isle Of Man IM3 1AP .

Any details or notes which apply to the approval are set out below.

This decision hereby approved relates to documents submitted to the Department on 09.01.2025 titled: APPLICATION FORM and INFORMATION IN RELATION TO CONDITION 10.

NOTE In this instance of the submitted documents and after consultation with the Case Officer, who is happy with the level of detail, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for the planning condition 10 of application 16/01372/B, under the understanding that the development shall not be carried out unless in accordance with the approved details.
