TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr Ollie & Ady Quaye, Ref 24/10010/AIR, for the Information in relation to condition 4 for PA 23/00885/B. Hard and Soft Landscaping Plan for 4 dwellings on the vacant plot on Clifton Drive. at Plot Adj To 28 Clifton Drive Ramsey Isle Of Man .

Any details or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This decision relates to the submitted application for the discharge of conditions, Landscape

- Cover Letter and 07 LANDSCAPING DETAILS- LQ plan submitted on the 31.01.2024.

NOTE In the instance of the submitted application for the discharge of conditions, Landscape - Cover Letter and 07 LANDSCAPING DETAILS- LQ plan and after consultation with the case officer, who are happy with the level of detail, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for the planning condition 4 of application 23/00885/B with the understanding that all planting, seeding or turfing comprised in the approved details of landscaping must be carried out in the first planting and seeding seasons following the completion of the development or the occupation of the kennel extension, whichever is the sooner. Any trees or plants which die or become seriously damaged or diseased must be replaced in the next planting season with others of a similar size and species. The hard landscaping works (i.e. footpaths etc) shall be completed in full accordance with the approved details prior to the first operation/occupation of the development thereby permitted.
