In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr David Wormald, Ref 24/10005/AIR, for the Information in relation to condition 6 for 17/00947/B - Lighting information at Spaldrick House, Bradda Road, Port Erin. at Spaldrick House Bradda Road Port Erin Isle Of Man .

Any details or notes which apply to the approval are set out below.

This decision is in relation to the submitted bollard - black louvred, core wall LED17-35S PSU IP65 OA BK (1), Darksky Approval Certificate, GELS030040 Rev B Car Park Lighting and EV Charging Station, Philips LumiStreet Gen 2 BGP291-Street Light Head and Spaldrick Signify Perimeter Lighting Design which were submitted on the 04.03.2024.

NOTE In this instance of the submitted bollard - black louvred, core wall LED17-35S PSU IP65 OA BK (1), Darksky Approval Certificate, GELS030040 Rev B Car Park Lighting and EV Charging Station, Philips LumiStreet Gen 2 BGP291-Street Light Head and Spaldrick Signify Perimeter Lighting Design and after consultation with the case officer, who are happy with the level of detail, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for the planning condition 6 of application 17/00947/B.
