TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr David Wormald, Ref 24/10006/AIR, for the Information in relation to condition 7 for 17/00947/B - Bin Storage at Spaldrick House, Bradda Road, Port Erin. at Spaldrick House Bradda Road Port Erin Isle Of Man .

Any details or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This decision relates to the submitted application for the discharge of conditions, a Bin Storage Plan and a Cover Letter received on the 16.01.2024.

NOTE In the instance of the submitted application for the discharge of conditions, a Bin Storage Plan and a Cover Letter and after consultation with the case officer, who is happy with the level of detail, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for the planning condition 7 of application 17/00947/B with the understanding that the bin store shall be constructed in accordance with the approved details.
