Planning Application 68 Derby Square

I would like to plan to convert the ensuite area of my living room into a botox consulting room. I will make no physical changes to the building in anyway. I plan to put a patient couch and a desk into the area. I will also not need any additional facilities eg tap or anything else.

I plan to be open for occasional drop in appointments, between 6 and 8pm after work at my home address to administer treatments. I expect to have ten patients a week, one at a time, as only I will be working there. Each appointment will take thirty minutes each and at a time. Patients would be able to use the unreserved disk zone or parking in my garage.

The proposal is for an additional use of a residential property, just within the confines of the ensuite area. The rest of the house will remain as solely for residential use. Please feel free to amend this application form to this extent.
