TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Carnane Estate Ltd, Ref 20/01336/MCH, for the Minor Changes application to PA 19/00553/B involving alterations windows and addition of a new window and heat pump at Upper Rhenab Rhenab Road Cornaa Ramsey Isle Of Man IM7 1EL .

Any conditions or notes which apply to this decision are set out below. This decision relates to drawings P/10-02 REV B, P/10-01 and P/10-02 REV A all received on 25.11.2020. NOTE The minor changes for the design (as outlined in Section 5 of application form) and inclusion of an air source heat pump are approved.
