TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr Mike Szender, Ref 20/01092/MCH, for the Minor Changes application to PA 19/00915/B involving alteration to approved roof light configuration at Sunnyside Lower Dukes Road Douglas Isle Of Man IM2 4BH.

Any conditions or notes which apply to this decision are set out below. This approval relates to the following drawings, approved plan, proposed plan front elevation and proposed plan side elevation all received on 1st October 2020.

NOTE This approval relates to the change from two rooflights to the front elevation and installation of one rooflight to the side elevation all shown and described in the information received on 1st October, 2020.
