Minor Works Application – PA19/01396/B – Ballagarey Nurseries, Greeba Avenue

Planning Statement 18th September 2020

The proposed application is to amend the positions of the two dwellings slightly within the plot so that there are is more length to the drives on the frontage to improve the street scene by adding increased landscaping and tree planting.

We consider the works to be minor for the following’s reasons.

- 1 No change to the house type or elevations is proposed.
- 2 No change to the plot boundaries is proposed.
- 3 Generous privacy distance is maintained with the closest distance between the proposed location and existing properties is at least 30.5m. The properties do not directly face each other.
- 4 The drive access on to the highway locations remain unaltered.
