TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Ardlui Limited, Ref 20/00224/MCH, for the Minor changes application for PA 18/00284/B involving alteration to and creation of windows, shop front and stairwell at Auldyn House 24 Parliament Street / West Quay Ramsey Isle Of Man IM8 1AP.

Any conditions or notes which apply to this decision are set out below. This application relates to drawing numbers P-01, EX-01 Rev A, P-02 Rev D, P-03 Rev C and P-10, and agents supporting statement all date stamped and received 06/03/2020. NOTE Approval is hereby given for all of the changes proposed.
