1.1 The above application was permitted on appeal on 01/05/20

Condition 5 states, “Prior to the commencement of the development hereby approved, the details of the fixings for flag poles and life belts as set out in paragraph 2 of section 9.3 of the Environmental Statement (received 2 July 2020) shall be submitted toand approved in writing by the Department, and the development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To ensure that adequate provision is made for flag poles and life belts”.

Proposal

2.1 On the 17.09.20 the applicant provided a plan which showed details of the above fixings. Recommendation - 3.1 It is considered that the information provided meets the requirement of the condition and so should be approved.
