I have to inform that Jurby Parish Commissioners have now considered the above proposed development, and have concerns that as the loft is proposed to be used as a gym, there is no means of quick escape should a fire breakout in the loft, or the garage space below, and therefore the commissioners consider this to be a fire hazard.
