# APP Plan as Existing

File Note 19/00800/B At the public meeting of the Planning Committee the applicant presented to the Case Officer an accurate floor plan for the existing lay out to replace that which had been included as part of the original submission.

Basically the ‘existing plan’, as submitted and dated 17th July, reflected the vehicular access before it had been widened but also included treatment room to the rear of the dwelling.

Whilst the decision notice has been issued the approval is pertinent to this plan as existing
