Braddan Commissioners' Meeeting - 7 February 2019 - Planning Applications

Dear All

I can confirm that the Commissioners met on 7 February 2019 and had no objections to the following planning applications, although they did have a couple of comments on 2 applications:-

PA18/00551/B - Mannin Retail Limited - Demolition of garages, front bay window and single storey extensions, and erection of single storey shop extension to rear, alterations to front elevation and formation of three parking spaces AMENDED PLANS

PA19/00041/B - Mr R Kelly T/A Point Rock Investments - Erection of double garage within grounds of property - White Lodge, Main Road, Union Mills, Braddan, IM4 4LW

- The Commissioners would comment on the above application that they hoped suitable replacement trees would be planted if any of the existing need to be removed.

PA18/00082/B - Mr & Mrs S Bostrum - Creation of additional vehicular exit on to main road from property - Ivy Cottage, Peel Road, Braddan, IM4 4LD - AMENDED PLANS

PA19/00051/B - Jacksons (Isle of Man) 2015 Limited - Erection of entrance canopy - Eden Business Park, Cooil Road, Braddan, Isle of Man, IM4 2AZ
