Dear Sir / Madam Re: PA 18/01208/B – Chequers Bar, Bridson Street, Port Erin. We note the above planning application and we have no objection to it.

However we would like to bring to your attention the following observations:

1. Since the kitchen will have a change of use to a store room the large defunct steel extractor fan box and system on their boundary should be removed. It is really an eyesore for us and in full view from Church Road (images attached).
2. The storage of inflammables, gas and other combustibles must adhere to the statutory regulations
