The Board of Port Erin Commissioners discussed the above application at its meeting on 11 December 2018 and has resolved
to raise objections to the application.

The Board feels that the proposed car port structure to the front of the property is not in keeping with the area, the
construction method is unsuitable for the area and the structure also extends significantly past the existing building line.
