Subject: Application 18/00783

Dear Sir,

Re: Application 18/00783, 4 The Crofts, Castletown.

I write to seek your assurance that in considering this application to start demolition work on the bin sheds, you will not be passing the plans submitted for the extension, which have been clearly included in the description on the application form submitted for 18/00783.

May I refer you to our objections to Application 18/00508/B submitted on 10.06.2018. According to the website this application is still pending and therefore should not be inadvertently included in Application 18/00783 for demolition of bin sheds ONLY.

Could I also point out that for the second time the planning application notice has been displayed in a position requiring any interested parties to trespass on private property in order to read.

Yours sincerely

Dr Sarah Whetstone</helen.stewart2@gov.im></sarahwhetstone20045@hotmail.com>

I would appreciate this assurance by return.

Yours sincerely
