TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Delagatie Limited, Ref 23/10125/AIR, for the Information in relation to condition 19 for 20/01467/B - location and type of rising Bollards proposed at Marine Biological Station Breakwater Road Port Erin Isle Of Man IM9 6JA .

Any details or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This decision relates to the submitted application for the discharge of condition 19, along with supporting detail provided by the agent dated 5th October 2022

NOTE In this instance of the submitted application for the discharge of condition 19 and supporting detail and after consultation with DOI Highways, who are happy with the level of detail provided, the submission is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory in meeting the requirements of the planning condition 19 of application 20/01467/B.
