Having reviewed the submitted drawing number 215 rev*, and further to Ross’s previous discussions with the applicant’s agent regarding its design, I can confirm that in my view the drawing submitted provides sufficient information regarding the proposed architectural detailing, material and finishes of the new portico to discharge condition 6(a) of application 22/00294/B.
