TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Thomas Spiers, Ref 23/10127/AIR, for the Information in relation to condition 2 for PA 23/00308/B - Samples of cladding on walls and roofing materials at Upper Kirkill Ballakillowey Road Colby Isle Of Man IM9 4BW .

Any details or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This decision relates to the submitted cladding and roofing sample received on the 12/12/2023.

NOTE In this instance of the submitted cladding and roofing samples and after consultation with the case officer, who are happy with the level of detail, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for the planning condition 2 of application 23/00308/B with the understanding the development shall be constructed in the manner and materials as shown on the approved plans.
