In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Manx Utilities, Ref 23/10119/AIR, for the Information in relation to conditions 8 & 10 PA 22/01084/B for information on bird and bat boxes as well as a CEMP. at Crosby Pumping Station Old Church Road Crosby Isle Of Man .

Any details or notes which apply to the approval are set out below.

This decision relates to the submitted Application for the Discharge of Condition, Bat and Bird Box Locations, Crosby STW Sites Notes Bird and Bat Boxes as well as PCS-E CEMP RSTS Crosby and G.Vine STW Replacement (RevB) which were submitted on the 31/10/2023.

NOTE In this instance of the submitted Application for the Discharge of Condition, Bat and Bird Box Locations, Crosby STW Sites Notes Bird and Bat Boxes as well as PCS-E CEMP RSTS Crosby and G.Vine STW Replacement (RevB) and after consultation with the case officer, who are happy with the level of detail, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for the planning condition 8 & 10 of application 22/01084/B.
