TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr & Mrs David & Ann Giroux, Ref 23/10107/AIR, for the Information in relation to condition 2 for PA 21/01297/B for a written scheme of investigation for Bishopscourt House. at Bishopscourt Mansion House Bishopscourt Kirk Michael Isle Of Man IM6 2EZ .

Any details or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This decision relates to the submitted application for the discharge of condition and written scheme for investigation which were submitted on the 19/09/2023.

In this instance of the submitted application for the discharge of condition and Written Scheme for Investigation and after consultation with the case officer, who are happy with the level of detail, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for the planning condition 2 of application 21/01297/B with the understanding that the programme of archaeological work shall be fully implemented in accordance with the approved written scheme of investigation.
