TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr Gary Lamb, Ref 23/10093/AIR, for the Information in relation to Condition 2 for PA 22/01463/B for a schedule of finishes at The Old House College Green Castletown Isle Of Man IM9 1BE.

Any conditions or notes which apply to the approval are set out below.

In this instance of the submitted documents and plans and after consultation with the case officer, who are happy with the level of detail, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for the planning condition 2 of application 22/01463/B with the understanding that development shall not be carried out unless in accordance with the approved details.
