TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Hartford Homes Ltd, Ref 23/10098/AIR, for the Information in relation to Condition 6 for PA 21/01567/B for an Archeology Method Statement. at Netherby Douglas Road Castletown Isle Of Man IM9 1TN.

Any details or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This decision relates to the submitted application for the discharge of conditions as well as an Archaeology Method Statement which were submitted 01/09/2023.

NOTE In this instance of the submitted application for the discharge of conditions as well as an Archaeology Method Statement and after consultation with the case officer, who is happy with the level of detail, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory to meet planning condition 6 of application 21/01567/B, with the understanding that development will be carried out in accordance with the approved programme.
