TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Hartford Homes Ltd, Ref 23/10088/AIR, for the Information in relation to condition 3 for PA 21/01567/B for a bat report. at Netherby Douglas Road Castletown Isle Of Man IM9 1TN.

Any conditions or notes which apply to the approval are set out below.

In this instance, the submitted 23 06 Netherby Bat Report FINAL and application are deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome as recommended by the case officer and would be satisfactory to discharge the planning conditions No. 3 of this planning application with the understanding that the tree shall only be removed in accordance with any recommendations the ecologist may make, including timing of the removal.

This decision is in relation to the 23 06 Netherby Bat Report FINAL and the Application which were submitted on 15/08/2023.
