# Consultation 1 Ecosystem Policy Officer

From: Costain, Sophie (DEFA) To: DEFA, Planning Subject: PA 23/10076/AIR - Information in relation to condition 4 for PA 22/00186/B Date: 24 July 2023 13:56:26 Attachments: image001.png

Good afternoon

RE: PA 23/10076/AIR - Information in relation to condition 4 for PA 22/00186/B

The Ecosystem Policy Team can confirm that Haven Homes’ Reasonable Avoidance Measures Statement for Viviparous Lizards is all in order and that we are content with the approach taken, which is to proceed on the assumption that lizards are definitely present, rather than obtain an assessment for lizards.

We would be content for the works to commence in line with the measures contained in this statement.

Best wishes

## Sophie
