TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by The Vicar & Wardens Of St Germans Cathedral, Ref 23/10071/AIR, for the Information in relation to Condition 3 for PA 18/00529/GB for a bat survey at St Germains Church Vicar & Wardens Derby Road Peel Isle Of Man IM5 1HH .

Any conditions or notes which apply to the approval are set out below.

In this instance, the submitted application and bat survey are deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome as recommended by the case officer and would be satisfactory to discharge the planning conditions No. 3 of this planning application.
