In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr Rory Dorling, Ref 23/10059/AIR, for the Information in relation to Condition 4 for PA 22/00828/B for details of the method of opening and closing all of the windows in the building. at Market Hill Plot College Street Ramsey Isle Of Man .
