TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by BYA Limited, Ref 23/10029/AIR, for the Information in relation to Conditions 11 of 22/00399/B - Ecological details at Ballacroak Farm Mullinaragher Road St Marks Ballasalla Isle Of Man IM9 3AQ.

Any conditions or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. Ecological Survey Report prepared by Manx Environmental Services, received 21 March 2023.

NOTE It is considered that the Ecological Survey Report prepared by Manx Environmental Services, received 21 March 2023 would satisfy Condition 11 of the approval. However the condition will not be fully satisfied until such times as the recommendations indicated on the report have been carried out in full, and thereafter retained as such.
