TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr Declan Kermeen, Ref 23/10016/AIR, for the Information in relation to Condition 5 of 22/00458/B - Bat Survey at Cronk Vane Stoney Mountain Road Eairy Isle Of Man IM4 3HJ.

Any conditions or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. Bat Survey, dated 13th February 2023

NOTE It is considered that the Bat Survey received on 2nd March 2023, satisfies Condition 5 of the approval although the conditions will not be fully satisfied until such times as the works indicated on the documents and plans have been carried out in full and retained as such.
