TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Coomer Properties Limited, Ref 23/10003/AIR, for the Information in relation to Condition 2 of 22/01482/B - Details of parking provision at Jack Frost Spring Valley Industrial Estate Douglas Isle Of Man IM2 2QU.

Any conditions or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. Drawing No. 295/022a dated 31st January 2023

NOTE It is considered that the proposed site plan received on 31st January 2023, satisfies Condition 2 of the approval although the conditions will not be fully satisfied until such times as the works indicated on the documents and plans have been carried out in full and retained as such.
