REV A • RETAIN AS EXISTING REV A • RETAIN AS EXISTING REV A • RETAIN AS EXISTING C ADDITIONAL PROPOSED ALTERATIONS TO THE EXISTING ENTRANCE PORCH AND HALLWAY

It is known that the location of the entrance porch has been changed at some point in the building's history. Sketches prepared to accompany a valuation report for Henry Bloom Noble in 1903 show the porch in its original position, the adjacent room (current hallway) being indicated as 'Smoke Room'. Previous drawings prepared for HBN in 1893 show the same arrangement but note the current hallway as 'Manager's sitting room'. It is thought that alterations to create the perimeter basement lightwell and the relocation of the porch were undertaken during the ownership (or his tenancy that preceded the purchase) of Lt Colonel Henry Wickham Stevenson who owned the property between 1907 and 1922 and the timber paneling in the entrance hallway may also date from this period.

RevA AMENDMENT TO APPLICATION (see right)

Entrance Hall

This application seeks approval to remove the paneling and to finish the walls before the time shown. It is uncertain of the date and period of the paneling, so that can be said is that there is nothing else to make it in the rest of the house. The applicant's aspiration is that the entrance hall is brought in line with the style and illustration of the remainder of the main rooms in the house.

RevA

C1 Entrance Hall

This revision to the application seeks approval to remove the existing mirror and framing timber arch over the fireplace and infill with square timber paneling to match existing adjacent.

The original application to remove all of the timber panelling is omitted A 08/02/2023 amended C1 12/12/2022 ISSUE

This drawing is based on the sole purpose of applying for planning + equipment building, concrete and a safety lab used for both other sources. It not to be used for this purpose or nothing for it.

Planning statement 05

Do not create form this drawing - it's shown on a vertical sheet of paper and a counterclockwise plate. The documents found already - the inside paper on the drawing and the print statement is omitted - do not end (or add) or add (or add) a counterclockwise plate.
