TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr David Quirk, Ref 22/01498/MCH, for the Minor Change Applicationto PA 20/01509/B proposed extension and internal alterations to rear of the property to form new en-suite bedroom and new bathroom with sun terrace over at Pine Lodge Baldhoon Road Laxey Isle Of Man IM4 7NA.

Any conditions or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This approval relates to the submitted documents and drawings all received on 15.12.2022. NOTE This approval only relates to the following (all shown and described in the information received on 15.12.2022):

- o Item 1- Reduction in the size of the rear single storey extension to rear;
- o Item 2 - Change in balustrading design over rear extension; and
- o Item 3 - Retention of existing lower ground floor window to western gable.
