TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr Paul Griffiths, Ref 22/01321/MCH, for the Minor change application to PA 19/00412/B to amend approved garage design at Croit-Ny-Meagh Rhenab Road Glen Mona Ramsey Isle Of Man IM7 1EL .

Any conditions or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This approval relates to the change of material, from constructed blockwork to timber, as shown and described in the information received on the 26.10.2022.
