In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to REFUSE an application by Mrs Kerry Vanselow, Ref 22/01061/MCH, for the Minor Change application to PA 21/00197/B involving a replacement shopfront to the one approved at 29 Victoria Street Douglas Isle Of Man IM1 2LG.

Any reasons or notes which apply to this decision are set out below.

The culmination of changes amounting to a scheme which is considered to be more than minor and of magnitude warranting a new application and assessed against planning policy and with public consultation.
