TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr John Kinvig, Ref 21/01198/MCH, for the Minor Change application to PA 20/00249/B involving alterations to approved extension consisting of wall re arrangement, addition of gutter and change of size of door opening at 8 Woodbourne Villas Alexander Drive Douglas Isle Of Man IM2 3QG .

Any conditions or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This decision relates to the document and drawing no. 1687-02 Rev B, JK/01 Rev A as having been received on 11th October 2021.

NOTE This decision relates to all of the minor changes proposed to 20/00249/B relating to Erection of a single storey extension to rear of dwelling at 8 Woodbourne Villas, Alexander Drive, Douglas.
