TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr David Le Couteur Thomas, Ref 21/00480/MCH, for the Minor Change application to PA 20/01116/B involving amendment to the roof covering of approved outbuilding at Fern Villa & Part Fields 410213 & 410216 Ballakillowey Road Colby Isle Of Man IM9 4BW.

Any conditions or notes which apply to this decision are set out below. This decision to change the finish of the roof of the outbuilding, relates to drawings P00A and the unreferenced elevational drawing all received on 29th April, 2021. NOTE Approval is hereby given for all of the changes proposed.
