TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr Michael Osborne, Ref 21/00399/MCH, for the Minor Change application to PA 20/00707/B involving the addition of an overhang to approved building at Lower Gleneedle Gleneedle Lower Foxdale Isle Of Man IM4 3BF.

Any conditions or notes which apply to this decision are set out below. This approval relates to the Cover Letter, Location Plan, Site Plan, and drawings P6066-01 and P6066-01 rev A, all received on 12th April, 2021. NOTE This approval relates to the addition of an overhang to agricultural barn shown and described in the information received on 12th April, 2021.
