In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr Edward Houghton & Mrs Sally Lawrence, Ref 21/00636/MCH, for the Minor Changes application to PA 16/00730/B involving alterations to position of dormer at Ebor Peveril Road Peel Isle Of Man IM5 1PW .

Any conditions or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This approval relates to drawings received on 1 June 2021 referenced; 822.03C - Approved Plans and elevations 822.03C - Proposed plans and elevations with annotations.
