Minor Works Application – PA20/01033/B – Plots 5, 6 & 7 Ballabeg Grove, Main Road, Glen Vine

Planning Statement 30th November 2020

The proposed application is to hand the dwelling on plot 7 so the garage is on the rights hand side in lieu of the left as approved to give more landscaped area between driveways.

The kitchen window has been changed to bifold doors. We consider the works to be minor for the following’s reasons.

- 1 No change to the house type is proposed.
- 2 No change to the plot boundaries is proposed.
- 3 Parking provisions are unaltered
- 4 The kitchen window change would be considered as permitted development if completed.
