TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr & Mrs Brian Bell, Ref 20/01484/MCH, for the Minor changes application for PA 16/01413/REM involving removal of dormer window and amending door and window configurations to provide a revised property layout at 1 Kneale Court Claughbane Drive Ramsey Isle Of Man IM8 2AP .

Any conditions or notes which apply to this decision are set out below. This approval relates to the submitted documents and drawings SM20/530/1 and SM16/402/1 REV B all received on 21st December 2020.

NOTE This approval relates to all of the minor changes proposed in this application: removal of dormer window/rooflights and amending door and window configurations to provide a revised property layout for 1 Kneale Court, Claughbane Drive, Ramsey.
