The proposal is to change the use of 3 floors of office accomodation to residential accomodation. The site is in the centre of Douglas with restricted on road car parking close by.

There is no off road car parking provision and none can be provided. Although the profile of car parking for offices and residential are different there is unlikley to be a significant impact due to town centre location.

Highway Services does not oppose this application.
