Dear Sir/Madam,

Maybe to help you make your decision. I have lived at the above address for over 20 yrs. At one point there were over 6 cars also at the above address. Castle Mona ave has always been a problem road to Park in. Whether No.29. is approved for 1 plat or 4 plats, it will not make any difference to the parking situation. Getting a parking place in the avenue is Pot luck, always has been and always will be.
