Highways Representation history for this case. DNO on 15/05/17 Conditions (if any) The proposal is to make alterations to a dwelling approved under PA 16/01160/B including the relocation of a pedestrian gate.

Highway Services does not oppose this application subject to the same conditions as the previous application and the following additional condition:

1. Within 1 month of the occupation of the dwelling or the construction of the new gate, whichever is the soonest, the exisitng gate shall be removed. Reason: In the interests of highway safety.
