Dear Sir

The rear boundary of No.1 Rheast Mooar Lane adjoins the rear of our property No.3 Rheast Mooar Close and we wish to object to the installation of any gable window to the rear of No.1 Rheast Moor Lane because a window in such a position would look straight down onto the rear of our property and directly into our sun room. The sun room is our preferred living space, and we cherish our privacy.

The installation of a gable window to the rear of No.1 Rheast Mooar Lane is our only objection to the proposed works. With respect, we suggest that a large Velux-style window would give as much if not better light to any dormer room.
