The proposal is to expand the use of a current juice kitchen premises to include retail, takeaway and a seating area. The site has no off road parking available.

There is unrestricted car paring available on Laxey Promenade and the nature of the proposal is such that many customers will be existing visitors to the promenade and on foot.

Highway Services does not oppose this application.
