Re: PA/17/00149/B – Installation of three containers to provide kitchen and classroom / office (retrospective) and toilets, The Coffee Cottage (Laser-Mayhem) Watertrough Cottage Shoulder Road Foxdale Isle Of Man

Manx Utilities Authority has assessed the above planning application and would like to advise you that the Authority has **no objection** to the application subject to the following condition/s:-

You have proposed to discharge the foul sewage from this development into a ‘Cesspool’, it must be noted that this will not form part of the public sewerage system and will remain private at **all** times.

Manx Utilities recommends that a detailed operation and maintenance programme is submitted for consideration by the Planning Committee and the Department of Environment, Food & Agriculture’s Environmental Health Division.
