Date: 13th September 2017 Dear Sir/Madam, Re: Planning Application 17/00849/B for Extension to existing shed at West Hill Farm

I write to invite comments on the above planning application, which proposes the extension of an existing shed which is relatively close to your property. The application has already been advertised by site notice however given the nature and location of the site I wanted to make sure you were aware of the application and had had the opportunity to comment.

https://www.gov.im/onlineservices/ or by calling to the offices of Planning and Building Control, First Floor Murray House, Mount Havelock, Douglas, IM1 2SF OR the appropriate Local Authority (Ramsey Town Commissioners).

Comments can be sent to the Department at the aforementioned address (Mount Havelock) or via the Government's online services. In doing so please be aware that all written submissions will be made available for scrutiny by the applicant and general public and will form part of any proceedings arising in connection with the application. Anonymous submissions will not be considered as part of any planning determination. If you wish to apply to be treated as an interested person (as defined by the relevant Order) you must indicate within your written submission the relationship between your land and the land that is the subject of the application.

Any comment would be appreciated on or before the 29th September 2017, however it can be made at any point prior to the application being determined.
